@rav3n thankyou ❤️.
Ok I'm sitting down in my chair at my table.
I can see some little jars with lots of lucky stars in them that I made a while ago. There's different coloured and textured ones, some glow in the dark, some are sparkly, some have patterns on them.
There's some large moth wings on my wall that look very light and delicate.
There's my weighted stitch teddy, he's rather big and he is heavy. But he is soft, fluffy and nice to cuddle and he has a little tuft of hair on his head.

@rav3n Thanks for tagging me, I've tried the 3 by 3 by 3, but it wasn't for me, it was only an immediate distraction, and my mind continued shortly afterwards.

@Dreamy ooo that jar of stars sounds lovely! great work with the first '3', now let's look into 3 things you can hear...
sometimes closing my eyes helps me 'hear' better haha, so feel free to do that. take your time with it.
are these sounds close by or distant? is it rhythmic or random? do you find it soothing or harsh?

@rav3n I'll have to see if I can get some pics of the stars and post it in the hobbies thread.
I can hear my music which is a combination of both relaxing songs and also songs that make you wanna move around.
I can hear my heart pounding, it's very loud and I can feel it in my head.
I can hear my birdie quietly nibbling away at his seed.

yes would love to see it! @Dreamy i hear a lil birdie too! it's chirping softly. i hear my laptop overheating and i can hear the tapping of my keyboard, which i find satisfying.
now for the final part... let's move 3 body parts.
they can be gentle movements or big ones (such as wiggling fingers/toes, rolling your shoulders, fluttering your feet, etc)

@rav3n i like the sound of keyboards tapping.
I wiggled my fingers and rolled my wrists.
I tapped my feet on the ground.
And I rolled my head around to stretch my neck.
