Thanks for this thread @AuntGlow .
I've largely shut down but am supposed to be reinventing myself with a new daily routine.
I'll start by aiming for regular early nights. I'll try to journal each night "Rose rose thorn bud" - two things I'm grateful for, one thing that disappointed or upset me, and one thing I'm looking forward to.

My intention this week is to start packing and sorting through some of my things,
i need to declutter, and moving house in 2 weeks will help me get rid of things, I tend to keep a lot of knick-knack things, but im not sure how important some "stuff" is

I think I got it @AuntGlow!!
My intention this week is to continue my gentle decluttering process WITHOUT shaming myself about any progress I do or don't make!
Aww nice, love me a little bit of backup in keeping myself accountable!!

@Jynx decluttering can be challenging.
I sometimes get distracted with the things I find that I forgot I owned (especially random toys or fidgets) and start playing with the things I find.
Small progress is better than no progress, starting the process is often the hardest part.

@tyme Always been a list maker. It works. Recycled paper on the kitchen bench. Whether it’s renovating, studying or paid or unpaid work, community, personal or family.
@AuntGlow Just showing up. Not working too hard, cos of all my repetitive strain injuries. Finding good balance between action and rest.

I am thinking decluttering is needed to be done
And also letting my husband declutter when he wants to and for me to let go of things
